Flow Fusion Account Cancellation Form
When you request to pause or cancel your Flow Fusion account, please be aware of the following terms regarding your associated services:
For Paused subscription: You have up to 90 days to resume your subscription. After this period, your account and all associated data—including contacts, workflows, websites, and approved A2P campaigns from TextGrid—will be permanently deleted. This process is irreversible, and reactivation after deletion will require re-registering for A2P compliance and setting up a new account.
Flow Fusion Number (Inbound and Outbound Calls):
Upon cancellation, your Flow Fusion number will be deleted to prevent any further charges.
Should you choose to return in the future, you may need to acquire a new Flow Fusion number for inbound and outbound calls.
TextGrid Number (Third-Party Integration):
As TextGrid is a third-party integration, you will need to manually turn off the 'Auto-Recharge' feature on your TextGrid account to avoid further charges.
Please ensure that you delete the card on file within your TextGrid account.
Note that any remaining balance on your TextGrid account is non-refundable.
Follow the steps below to disable 'Auto-Recharge' and remove your payment information:
Login to your TextGrid account > Navigate to Billing then Payment Settings > Locate the 'Auto-Recharge' option and disable it > Hit Save > Proceed to delete your stored payment method > Click on the card number > Scroll down then locate 'Delete Card'
